VSP

This section contains modules for Vertical Seismic Profile (VSP) data processing. VSP surveys use surface seismic sources and borehole receivers to record both down-going and up-going wavefields. VSP data provides high-resolution information about the subsurface near the wellbore and is used for well-to-seismic ties, velocity calibration, and imaging around the borehole.

Available modules include: Convert DAS to VSP — converts Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) fibre-optic recordings to VSP format for further processing; and VSP Processing — applies the standard VSP processing sequence including first-break picking, wavefield separation, deconvolution, and corridor stacking.
