g-viewer allows users to link a specific folder on their PC to the Seismic Files panel, ensuring seamless integration of newly added seismic data. Once a folder is linked, any new seismic files added to this directory on the user's computer will be automatically detected and loaded into the Seismic Files panel without requiring manual imports.
This feature is especially beneficial for collaborative projects or workflows where seismic data is continuously generated, updated, or shared across teams.
The Seismic Files panel features a Sync Folder button at the top, allowing users to link a specific directory on their PC to the software. When the user clicks this button, a directory selection window opens, enabling them to choose a folder for synchronization.
To unsynchronize the folder, users can simply click the next Unsync folder button at the top of the panel. This action will unlink the directory, stopping automatic updates while keeping the previously loaded files available in the panel.
