Reservoir bar
Reservoir bar allows you to perform volumetric calculations.

For more information about functions please refer to Volumetric calculations
Consists of 3 sections: GRV, Reserves, Geo-body
GRV section allows to calculate gross rock volume:
Choose a Polygon, select the top depth map in the first Surface list, and optionally select a bottom depth map in the second Surface list. Leave the second list set to Not required when the fluid contact is the lower boundary.
Set the Fluid contact depth. The gross rock volume is calculated from the selected depth maps and fluid contact on the maps' own grid, so no separate top or bottom levels, step, bar count or regridding settings are required.
Execute the gross rock volume calculation. The GRV from Fluid contact value is displayed next to the button.
Reserves section opens the Calculate reserves wizard for effective reservoir volume, oil, gas and CO2 estimates:
Open the Calculate reserves wizard
The wizard offers Simple and Advanced (stochastic) modes and can take the reservoir volume from surface maps or from a project grid. See Volumetric calculations for details.
Geo-body section creates a geo-body from the current GRV boundaries or opens the 3D geological model workflow:
Create geo-body from gross rock volume
The Create geo-body from gross rock volume action uses the Polygon, the selected Surface depth map or maps, and the Fluid contact depth from the GRV section.
