Object

The Object(s) tab lets you set the visibility, order, and appearance of all objects in the active view.

It is divided into two sections: Object items and Object item properties

Object items - allows you to turn on/off visibility of the objects on the view. This is dynamic part of the window and shows the items according to the active view

You can re-order the layers change_order_layers.png, turn on/off visibility of all objects turn_on_off_all_objects.png and switch between working modes switch_mode.png on the current view. The available Object items depend on the view and loaded data and can include Fault picks, Horizon picks, 2D Seismic time, Converted 2D Seismic time, 2D Seismic depth, Converted 2D Seismic depth, Inline time, Crossline time, Inline depth, or Crossline depth.

The Hide empty objects toggle in the Object items header (turned on by default) hides objects that have no items on the current view.

Additionally you can filter Object items by current object type in data manager filter_vista_items.png (turned on by default). To do so here the general flow in few steps:

1. Open Visual Settings panel (by opening the panel bar or using settings_button.png button)

2. Select Filter by Data manager filter_vista_items.png.

3. In Data Manager, select the type of object you want to manage.

After that in the Visual Settings you will get Object items for only the objects you selected in Data Manager:
